Cif2VRML.exe is a completely free-to-use executable for Windows to create and view VRML models from structure *.cif files.

This program requires the CORTONA-VRML browser plugin

Cif2VRM is very primitive at present but its features will increase over time. Current features include:

>  *.cif to *.wrl conversion

>  loading/saving of wrl files

>  3-D Printer *.STL file export

>  multiple structure detection in cif

>  auto-check for updates at program start

If running Internet Explorer on a PC with Microsoft Windows, this page will try to install a VRML browser automatically.  An interactive sugar model should appear on the right.

If your system and browser are different, try the following links to install the Cortona VRML Client:
